Shipping Issues
Hairbyeni is not responsible for stolen parcels. Once your order is handed over to the carrier, ownership and responsibility are transferred to the customer. Any issues with lost or delayed packages must be addressed directly with the shipping carrier.
Pre-Orders
For items marked as "Pre-Order" on our site, please note that these may take 1-2 weeks to ship.
Lost or Damaged Items
Once an item is delivered to the carrier, it is the responsibility of the customer to track the package and address any issues with the shipping carrier.
Hairbyeni is not liable for any lost or damaged items once they are in the possession of the carrier.
International Shipping & Duties
Customers ordering internationally are responsible for any additional fees, including duties and taxes, charged by the shipping carrier. If the customer refuses the package or the package is abandoned, they will forfeit the order and no refund will be issued.
Address Changes
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is correct. If an error is made, please contact us before your order is shipped.
Once shipped, we cannot make changes to the address.
If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, we are not obligated to reship the item. The item will be restocked and the customer will need to place a new order.
